Open the game, go to Shop → Store and tap Restore purchases. Tin Can packs and boost packs are added as soon as the App Store confirms the purchase. If they are still missing after a restart, email us with the date of the purchase and your receipt from Apple.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
In the game, open Shop → Store → Premium and buy Remove Ads once. It is yours for good, on any device signed in with the same Apple ID (use Restore purchases on a new device). Optional rewarded ads, such as the free revive, stay available because you choose to watch them.
Each has a switch in Settings (the gear button on the home screen, or SOUND on the pause screen). Game audio follows your phone's silent switch, and the music stays off while another app is playing audio.
Your cans, boosts and progress are saved on your device. They are not tied to an account, so deleting the app deletes them.
